Payments: Based on the timetable we decide upon, you may pay the remainder as we go; we will ask for a deposit before beginning the job. Should you be late with your payments, we may have to stop working until you pay the outstanding bills.
Cancellations: Should you call off the project after we have begun, we will retain the deposit to cover our current work. Should we cancel for any reason—which we will endeavor not to—we will reimburse any unneeded money.

Should events beyond our control—such as weather, supplier problems, or local laws in Nepal—cause a delay, we are not liable.
